EXPLANATION: This page allows you to go directly to a comment on a specific Bible verse. Please note that while commentary is available for every New Testament passage, not every Old Testament passage currently has commentary. The Old Testament commentary is an ongoing project and is being added to progressively.

HINT: If you are on an Iphone, you can load this page directly on your home screen and it will function much like an App. Here are the simple instructions: 

(1) Open Verse Commentary Finder in Safari (https://www.preceptaustin.org/verse-commentary-finder) 
(2) Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow pointing up, usually at the bottom of the screen).

(3) Scroll down through the list of options — you should see "Add to Home Screen" clearly listed.

(4) Tap it, confirm, and it automatically adds the "V" icon to your homepage.

Reminder that when you see a "+" after a reference (e.g., Jas 5:1+), click the "+" to go to the commentary on that verse. In process of adding this feature to every Bible reference (all NT verses have commentary, 50% of OT verses have commentary) on the website (over 20,000 pages of material).
